In 1980, dermatologists launched the Dermatologic Cosmetic Laboratories (DCL) with the purpose of developing innovative and effective skin care formulations and technologies that physicians could dispense directly to their patients without a prescription. Today, DCL specializes in anti-aging and acne prevention products.
