Laser Technician - Vancouver, BC

Qualifications

• Licensed Aesthetician and/or Certified Electrologist
• Professional, personable, friendly and confidential individual
• Proven ability to establish a strong rapport with clients
• Demonstrated ability to design treatment plans for clients
• Sales oriented with ability to up sell and close sales
• Highly motivated, dependable, with a desire to expand their knowledge base
• Ability to understand treatment protocols and parameters
• Experience as a laser technician is considered and asset, but not necessary

This is a permanent part-time position, approximately 16 - 20 hours/week which may include Saturdays and evenings.

 

Senior Clinic Coordinator - Vancouver, BC

We are currently looking for a Senior Clinic Coordinator to join our team of skilled physicians and technicians at our Davie & Howe flagship centre.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years experience in a senior administrative or sales capacity
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle a high level of incoming and outgoing telephone phone calls
• Excellent phone manner, multi-tasking and organizational skills
• Confidence in making sales calls to new and existing clients
• Team player with ability to lead a team and work independently
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets
• Knowledge of relevant computer applications and customer service principles
• A passion for fashion, cosmetics aesthetics or the beauty industry
• Experience in Aesthetics and Laser considered an asset, but not necessary as we are willing to train the right individual

This multi-faceted position includes:

• Excellence in customer service
• Various administration duties (answering phones, booking/confirming appointments, sales calls, inventory control, general cash management)
• Building rapport with the clients, preparing charts, tracking data, and other general office administrative duties
